Raids were also conducted in Estonia, Latvia, Germany and Canada as part of the international investigation. Two suspects were arrested in Diemen and one in The Hague.

According to "Eurojustice", the two detainees worked for a Dutch company founded in 2017, which was engaged in the export of "technological and laboratory equipment" to Russia, and this equipment can be used for military purposes.
